Your child has mastered the simple memory and imaginative toys of the early stages and is ready to take on more. At this age you can introduce your child to simple board games. Outdoor play sets will help your little one explore the outside world and let her imagination soar. Bikes and scooters are a toy that will let her move about her world and gain the independence that she craves. Adding interest to toys that your child has shown interests in already is a great thing to do at this age. If your child has always loved their musical instruments, now is the time to upgrade and expand open their musical toys. This is also the time when children will become more opinionated on what they play with. Let your child share in the process of choosing what toys to get. Toys are the way in which your child will continue to explore her world at this age. They will help her to grow into the adult that she will be.
